Everything you need to run Clokr, in the order you'll need it.
Get started
Create your account
Sign up at clokr.co. The email you sign up with is the owner login.
Add your location
Locations → Add. Name, address, phone. One entry per store or site.
Add your people
Employees → Add. Give each person a 4-digit PIN and their hourly rate.
Clocking in and out
Tablet at the counter
Open clokr.co/kiosk on any tablet and leave it on that screen. Staff tap their PIN to clock in, tap it again to clock out. Break starts and ends a break.
Staff phone
Staff open clokr.co/me, enter their PIN once, and add it to their home screen. Basic and up.
Tap sticker at the door
Locations → Tap link → copy. Write that link to a tap sticker with any phone. Staff tap the sticker at the door: clocking in happens on its own, clocking out is still a button so nobody ends a shift by accident. Basic and up.
On-site check
Turn on the location check in Locations to require staff to be at the store when they clock in. The location is read at that moment only — nobody is followed. Basic and up.
Building the schedule
Add shifts
Schedule → click a day → pick the person and hours.
Reuse what repeats
Save shift templates (Morning, Mid, Close) and use Copy last week for the parts that never change.
Let the team see it
Staff see their week on their phone as soon as you save it.
Hours and pay
Check the week
Timesheets shows every punch plus a weekly total, with overtime separated out.
Fix a punch
Click the entry, change the time, and leave a note. The note stays on the record so you can see later why it changed.
Export
Timesheets → Export for a spreadsheet file — plain, Gusto, or QuickBooks. Basic and up also gets one PDF per person for the pay period.
Time off and shift coverage
Basic and upTurn time off on
Settings → Time off. Staff request from their phone, you approve or deny, and the yearly totals add up on their own.
Cover a shift
Someone who can't make it opens the shift to the team. Coworkers bid the bonus they want; the lowest bid wins and goes on the schedule.
Nobody bid?
You get an email before the shift starts so you can call someone.
Clover and Square
On the way
Clokr runs on its own — no POS needed. Connecting Clover and Square is coming.
What it will add
Your POS staff list comes across, and Pro shows today's sales against today's labor while the shift is still running.
What each plan includes
Free
One location, up to 10 people, tablet clock-in, schedule, hours export.
Basic — $19 per location
Unlimited people, phone clock-in with the on-site check, time off, shift coverage, payroll PDFs.
Pro — $49 per location
Everything in Basic, plus tip pooling and multi-location reports. Sales against labor comes with the POS connection.
